A date is not a recommendation. Being allowed to sell and it being a good moment to sell are different questions — the second depends on how many other flats in your block reach the same point at the same time.

- What this cannot know
- HDB excludes periods when you did not physically occupy the flat. SERS and ownership changes can follow different rules, so HDB’s recorded date is definitive.
