Tower view
What a higher floor is worth, measured by comparing a building with itself rather than with other buildings. Free, and it stays free.
Middle of 450 blocks compared with themselves — floors 13+ against floors 1–6. Half fall between +6.2% and +14.6%. 21 of 450 came out negative — the high floors fetched less. This is the figure that holds the building constant.
Top band against bottom band, every block in All of Singapore thrown in together. It runs far above the honest figure because the tall blocks in most places are also the newest and the most central. Shown so you can see the size of the trap, not because it answers anything.
